I invite you to explore the site to learn about me, my content and approach, and the services I offer. Four basic principles underlying most of my work.

Leaders see systems. To effectively solve problems and pursue opportunities leaders have to be able to see subtle and non-local causes.
The root function of human systems is problem solving. Communication is a means, not an end.
Simple but not easy. I believe that often we don’t get stuck because we don’t know what to do, but because we lack the discipline to make the choices we know will help.
Binary thinking gets us into trouble and integrative thinking is the way out. This is the concept of Middle Path.
